Transfer taxes (Welcome tax), from ½% to 1.5% of the highest amount between the purchase price and the municipal assessment ex: purchase of $ 150,000 = $ 1,250
Municipal and school tax adjustments due to sellers (amount calculated by the notary)
Water potability test (if artesian well), +/- $ 75
