Bankruptcy in the past?

Bankruptcy is considered to be an exceptional event caused by exceptional circumstances.

Lenders understand this and are ready to give us a second chance as long as we show them that we have understood the lesson following our bankruptcy.

You need to be disciplined and demonstrate flawless use of credit:

  • No late payment

  • Use of credit at less than 60% of limits

  • Taxes paid and up to date

  • Prove that you have been able to save a minimum down payment of 5%

Your bankruptcy or consumer proposal will appear on your credit bureau at least 6 years after your discharge from bankruptcy or after you have finished repaying.

Ask me ! I can tell you the rules to follow in order to rebuild your credit and qualify you to make a new purchase.
